Propel 1.3.0 Released

Propel 1.3.0 has been released and is now installable from either the 1.3.0 tag in SVN or the Pear channel.

Propel 1.3.0 has been in betas and rcs for over a year and a lot of bugs have been fixed. The biggest change of course is that PDO has replaced Creole. This results in Propel 1.3.0 being a lot faster than Propel 1.2.1.

Of course we'll continue fixing bugs and adding new features to Propel. The biggest change you'll see in the near future is probably going to be the addition of namespaces (which PHP will introduce in PHP 5.3). Namespaces are planned for Propel 1.4.0.
